Big commiserations to the person who found their way here by googling: "come with me porn"

Occasionally I fantasise about redesigning the Queen Street Mall. In my mind the walkways are divided and clearly marked for tourists and locals. Traffic flows freely from the bus stops and train stations on the local side of the path, while on the tourist side people can stop and start to their hearts content without causing me to miss my 12:36 from Central.

Was going to be at the Pub tonight with The Funky Bunch but there’s been a last minute spate of cancellations so the handfull of us left decided to meet up next week.
What I find funny about this is it’s TUESDAY! We specifically organised to meet up tonight because nobody does things on Tuesday (well nobody we know). It was a fine plan agreed upon by all and listed as having several benefits, a fairly mellow pub crowd, possible table service, opportunities to actually catch up - as opposed to party our cash to oblivion (that we save for the weekend). Alas, it’s not to happen and I’m reducing to studying because it’s to late to get together with my other cronies.
Poo.

At last my mini camera bag is complete! Went to Harvey Norman about an hour ago and while I was waiting to chat to one of my checkout mates I spied this funky little mini tripod. It's the kind with three legs as opposed to a flat base with suction cups and it fits right inside Sporty Guy, my camera bag.
YAY, now I can be a true mini cam nerd LOL!

I don’t know if any of you are following the news but I have been, and while I won’t share my general opinion of the war’s goings on I will say this.
That Iraqi Information Minister is so Monty Python. Seriously, he could be standing there with a window in the background surrounded by coalition forces and he’d still be saying “The Republican Guard are in control. Do not believe the evil ones, we chop off their heads. RISE UP!!!”
Shit I live for his press conferences, way more entertaining than the coalition ones (which I think need a jester or something because nobody normal could stay awake in those ‘briefings’).
And here's hoping that the special forces that were blown up yesterday (in a friendly manner) went quickly and didn't suffer, that kind of thing should just NOT happen. What a complete waste.
